Interest-free payment plans

Toowoomba Dental offers an in-house interest-free payment plan, allowing another way to finance your dental treatment, from $500 to $25,000.  

 

If you needing to make the cost of dental treatments more attainable, we offer plans for our patients to get the treatment they need sooner. 

Following a comprehensive examination, your dentist will formulate and discuss a treatment plan with you. Following completion of paperwork, you will have a response within 48 hours.

  • Over 18

  • Australian Citizen Current

  • Drivers Licence

  • Employed

  • Able to enter a legally binding contract

A deposit of 20% of the entire treatment plan will be payable at the commencement of treatment and the remaining can be paid off in monthly instalments.  A minimum of $300 per month repayment for up to 24 months.

A once-off $89 account set-up fee is required.

HICAPS

For patient convenience, we are equipped with HICAPS machines which allows our patients to make a claim on the spot directly to their Health Fund. Saving time instead of having to physically travel or make an online claim to your Health Fund.

The health fund benefit amount will be deducted on the spot from the overall treatment charge so you only pay the difference (gap)

 

Our HICAPS machine accepts ALL Health Funds, and we are a preferred provider for NIB.

 

We ask that you bring your current health fund membership card to every dental appointment.

EFTPOS

We have an Eftpos facility available for all debit and credit card payments.

 

American Express accepted, 2% surcharge applies.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept Diners Club cards, so if this is your preferred payment, please make sure to have an alternate method of payment ready before your visit.

DENTAL HOSPITAL VOUCHERs

Toowoomba Dental is accepting patients referred from the Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service. Patients are referred to our practice with a valid voucher indicating the value of treatment available to them. Please make us aware you a recipient of a voucher prior to booking treatment.

 

There are no out-of-pocket expenses to the patient who provides this voucher prior to their appointment. 

VETERANS' AFFAIRS

It's our privilege to provide services to Department of Veterans' Affairs card holders. Gold and white card holders may be entitled to have dental care provided by  Toowoomba Dental subsidised by the Department.

 

Please note you will bring your DVA card to every dental appointment you attend.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Accounts will not be issued and payment is due on the same day of your appointment. Please ensure you have correct payment at the time of your appointment.
